Exactly
I mean as Dave says the cost of ram is an issue now. But what will switchers from Chromebook types like my parents not be able to do. The tax software my dad needs works. Chrome and zoom works. They arenβt going to game, audio or video edit on it.
It's also aimed at people like my parents who need a laptop for stuff at home and don't want it to be complicated but need it to be reliable. I can support them using this, i have no idea why the latest windows driver is suddenly not working for them on their old HP
it's exactly what my parents need at that level tbh for what they want to do with it, with an OS that i can help them with rather than one i have no idea what do with. It's aimed directly at them and it does what it needs to for them
he WAS the long term leader of Newham Council (big figure in London politics) I think the post was worded fine. You added a present tense that wasn't there
he's not currently in office anywhere, hasn't been since 2018

Isn't it Billiam?
The original plan for QI was to have Michael Palin host and Fry and Davies as rival captains, I believe. Whereas House of Games WAS Richard
I meant important not key
This is fair. But who would the Sandi Toksvig be in this situation?
Richard is quite unique in that developing game shows (and testing them) was his life before he became famous for it.
Stephen was key to QI but wasn't really what made the show work
Richard Osman leaving the House Of Games surely has to be the end of that show then? It's a shame, but his hosting is part of what makes the programme work.
I suppose they'd probably try a new presenter but there's just no-one I can see that would fit.
genuinely had no idea
Access to a thesaurus does not make one a good or stylish writer.
I'm sorry - what on earth is a Potemkin economy and are we all supposed to understand what that means ?
impressive. I blew it on Q2

i had this for ages on the web version too - no idea how i solved it in the end
i give you my seal of approval
and the fees are here: harleypsychiatrists.co.uk/psychiatrist...
My ex got diagnosed with Autism and ADHD at the same time. With the caveat that I handled my diagnosis privately, so not sure what the NHS process would be - my clinic offer this: harleypsychiatrists.co.uk/adhd-and-aut...
With Audism and Adhd they often assess for both at the same time.
I've discovered a relatively regular one at a church near where i live that was so much more pleasant than the West End donor centre, so i've just booked up there for my next one (as sensibly it syncs up with when i can next donate
i mean they've not DIRECTLY asked me, but always given me a leaflet which it says was aimed at people with A+. You need to be able to get to twickenham though for the first appointment which is a bit of a pain
it's a bit more slack like i think. You do have chats/forums within your teams (i did when i was at the Beeb, i.e a group for planning, one for 'on the day')
I am also a positive - it's part of the reason i think they try and get us to switch over to plasma donation
It was just a tonic wasn't it?
so at the moment i'm pretty much just using Homekit - but i've been looking into the Homey Pro and something i'd consider when i move. I've been so impressed with the new stuff Ikea have brought out - such good value and all working on matter over thread so easy to use with Homekit.
it wouldn't take me much to get down that path. I'm already building up a bit of a smart home with lights and sensors and things. I'm hoping to move flat soon - so it may be a project for the new place
