Agreeeeeeeeed. It's noise pollution.

They could put all this to bed by coming out with an actual good Pokemon game. Gamefreak is lazy and putting out the same slop over and over. Arceus was a joke. They go after Minecraft Pokemon mod & PalWorld but a well-done Pokemon MMO on PC would rival WoW and FFXIV in popularity immediately.

Yeah! They are trying in the USA too and they had 22 of the 23 entries slapped down. It should not be able to apply to things that predate the pattent submission. Insane that Japan allows that, but they have super questionable law to begin with with their 90+% conviction rates.

Genuinely done with Nintendo. Them going after PalWorld and abusing patent law to do it is disgusting. My first console was an N64, my first games Pokemon Yellow and Mario 64. Banjo Kazooie too. Won't be buying a Switch 2. Stop patenting gameplay mechanics! It hurts the whole industry. Nemesis 2.0.
