I've spent years in family court and didn't ever think it was pre-determined like FWS.
Hell I have a criminal record (spent) and think the judge in my case was fair when he convicted me on the evidence presented.

This was not fair, reasonable or balanced. It was a stitch-up.

A judge would want facts and views from both sides and form a coherent judgement from that.
FWS was none of that, it was a farce that started from a pre-decided outcome, with a fake trial that was stamped by 5 people that took delight in the misery they were unleashing.

It was 100% hatred. Mr Reed knew what he was doing by only allowing terfs to tender points of view and banning anyone or org that was trans friendly in any capacity.
Mr Reed is a bullying bigot of hatred that set the stage for UK gov attacks since.

And I refuse to call this bully a lord.

I'm 47 and a parent but I've also been a local councillor, a child minding assistant, a programmer, a stand-up, a re-enactor and lots of other things.
I want a quiet life and for a time it felt possible, but I'm trans and Labour wants to wipe me and my community out so I'm back to fighting to exist.

They'll want to. Greens shouldn't let them if they've voted for cutting disability support (LCWRA/UC Health), voted to keep the child benefit cap, not spoken out about the terf push from Labour, basically if they've toed the party line on making people suffer then it's a hard no.

They were happy with the Labour attacks since the GE. They can go independent and see if voting with their conscious matches Green values before letting them come across.

They were never referring anyway. My child was referred under the new pathway from CAMHS to the Gender Clinic 10am day one and they are still waiting to go on the real waiting list. We've had one letter saying they are on the waiting lists waiting list.
