Golden hour. A large snake the size of a python with a paddle-like tail emerges from under a carpet of floating ferns to breathe, briefly alarming a group of duck-like Presbyornis in her wake. Circling her with interest are shoals of smelt, bowfin, cutlassfish, eagle ray and sand tiger shark; investigating this newcomer to their brackish ocean.
A large Palaeophis tolapicus makes her way to the north pole to enjoy the Arctic summer.

been working on this OC on and off for a while (supposed to be poison type) but i might redesign her, she feels more like a pretty drag look than a fully fleshed character
An artwork of a fan-made form of the pokemon Giratina. The form, called Giratina Ø or Giratina Null ("Ø" is the mathematic symbol for null sign, denoting an empty set) showcase a strange, hollowed body similar to a chrysalis exuvia. Its head features the characteristic Giratina eyes, with the red markings radiating from the iris in a pitch-black face. These eyes light is a lot stronger, creating an horizontal flare that splits the pokemon gaze. Its golden helm and mandible structure has changed a bit, becoming much larger; the crown now splits at the top in two horns, creating what looks like one half of Arceus' circle. A few red gemstones have appeared on the whole structure. Notably, surmounting the whole head, a pitch-black halo in the shape of a trilobed crescent moon levitates. Inside the "shell" exterior, a second membrane, split open, houses an inner white, luminous core shaped like Arceus body and head, features concentric circles resembling an eye. Around the central part of the body, surrounding the fissure, a set of 8 red, spiked claws are bent inwards. From the lower part of its body, coming out of the inner membrane, a set of six glass-like swimming flaps with shimmering red claws. On its back, six pitch-like tentacles stem from six circles on the pokemon back. At the extremity of each tentacle, a golden pin-like claw can be found, with its tip glowing in the same red energy as the back circles. Behind these pins base, attached to the tentacle, the pitch substance forms a tear-like bulb, almost like a propeller.

The spark of creation laying dormant for aeons has now been rekindled. Although this form appears unstable, it is born out of perfect balance between spontaneous matter creation and annihilation. Within its reality-defying core lie infinite possible worlds, none destined to come true.

idk its just really fun to scribble on the screen and select the ugliest palette i can think of just to make myself laugh, going against what i know would look good just for the fun of it
in a way its kinda freeing, especially since making things that look good is my job
