They say growing up is realizing the minor inconveniences in life or mourning the loss of youth. I argue its begrudgingly doing the things you don't want to because they actually rock and you feel better afterwards.
If i had been eating like this as a kid maybe I wouldnt feel so bad all the time.
Growing up has been eating a salad with some chicken you cooked previously and feeling your mouth literally ascend to a new plane of existence (body enjoyed the nutrients)
I always have to drag myself to the gym to do my little muscle group work outs and then afterwards it rocks and I dont understand why I felt that way and I literally repeat this cycle every single gym visit no matter frequency.
