That's why I like Nostr so much. When someone I follow posts something that resonates with me, I can tip them a couple of dollars to show my appreciation. This is in addition to the general exposure to my followers.

This "limits" my enjoyment of social media, but it's an aspect of the experience I want. I like that it adds an extra level of engagement to the standard reply/like/repost formula, which has become stale.
With all the hype surrounding X Money's beta release, it's time to reduce the amount of people I follow. Since the goal of the "Western Everything App," I have tried to stick to the following: Only follow people I would be comfortable tipping.
Nice selection
Probably would risk the early snack time
Aincrad was beaten 2 years ago. They need a way to repackage it.

Man #ZEZTZ just keeps getting better and better! I do wonder if Catastrom breaking is what caused the moon to turn red? It seems odd that the imagery of the form breaking is the beginning of the intro in reverse.
Scream 7 was fun but I feel like they really need to go to the drawing board with Ghostface. Haven't really liked a motive since the fourth movie. I did like that nostalgia bait in this one. It felt timely.

Trusting a CEO who for years said Cinemas should be killed only signing a different tune when he wants to buy something. Come on now.
π
π as long as you had fun!
Netflix doesn't even do physical releases now. And the CEO actively says he wants to kill the theatrical experience.
There's no way they would do either with Warner titles unlike Paramount who actively does both right now.
Truth Nuke
While that is sad, as long as they're:
In theaters
&
Physically released
I'm fine with that.
I would have rather a different company bought them but any option is infinitely better than Netflix owning them.
Paramount still releases movies in Theaters and still does physical releases. Don't understand how you think they wouldn't be done with Warner titles.
With Paramount there's still the Theatrical experience and Physical media which isn't a guarantee at all with Netflix.
Thank God it's not Netflix.
Whew! That was scary for a second
Alternative ways to create the new web
I was wondering. Does .eth work as a bluesky handle or do you need a regular domain along with it?
Npub?
