Introducing Anti Slop v0.2
This new version adds 9 new checks that cover more than 20 quality signals to catch much more slop by default.
Additionally all releases are now immutable.

◆ Maximum number of daily forks created by a user
◆ Require the commit author to match the user opening the PR. This catches commits authored solely by AI and commits not linked to a GitHub account.
◆ Set a maximum length on commit messages
◆ Set a maximum amount of newly added comments in the file changes
◆ Massively improved PR template checks
