I think of a library haul as speed dating. I read a few pages of each one, keep the ones that intrigue me the most, and send back any that don’t resonate right now in case people are waiting for them. But damn, this is a stack!

At the ICE raid and subsequent community resistance in Paramount, California this morning, this skater kid ate dozens of munitions from Border Patrol agents, walked away slowly and flipped them off.
