Did you know that a private sector debt collection company used by the ATO:
a) mistreats vulnerable taxpayers and welfare recipients
b) exploits its own staff through low pay and poor training
c) and - cherry on top - pays zero corporate tax.
Yet the govt continues to pay them millions of dollars.
