I'm sorry you haven't gotten access yet. You don't *have to* start a blog, you just need to be active across the different services (Vivaldi Social, our Forum, Sync, Themes, etc). I hope you understand we're not gatekeeping this just to be mean, but out of safety concerns for our users.
