I’m not really into cars, but I do love taking photos of old rusted vehicles. They have so much personality.

Whenever they say the word “transparency”, I think of this classic line.

Corporate cable news has the same worth as dog shit on your font lawn. It's primary purpose is to piss people off and make them hate their neighbors.

Well, and to make money off of you. There's also that.

Cuts to government organizations like the NWS and NOAA will cost people their lives. These idiotic cuts will cause devastation that will cost American taxpayers millions in disaster relief. People lose their homes, jobs and loved ones, and it's the fault of this administration.

What an incredibly weird sex fetish to picture him as some sort of muscled action hero. I've seen many of these images now and it's just fucking weird. That guy has never exercised in his life, was a draft dodger, and has zero military training. Trump is the exact opposite of an action hero. WTF?

NIH autism study will pull from private medical records The National Institutes of Health plans to pool information from private sources like pharmacies and smartwatches.

RFK is using debunked conspiracy theories to justify invading patient personal data. This is a huge violation of our privacy by a useless crackpot POS who needs to be removed from office NOW!

Don't let these assholes get away with this!

HHS Systems Are in Danger of Collapsing, Workers Say The purging of IT and cybersecurity staff at the Department of Health and Human Services could threaten the systems used by the agency’s staff and the safety of critical health data.

This shit will continue until we ban all political donations and contributions. Money should never influence the results of a democratic election. We should instead have a fixed election fund and if a candidate can't stay within that budget, they are immediately disqualified. No exceptions.

A parent should love their child unconditionally. Elon Musk is a horrible parent who set conditions on the acceptance (I don't think he is capable of love) of his child.

This is just one of many reasons Elon Musk is a disgusting monster of a person. He deserves every bit of anger thrown at him.

One bad hurricane is all it will take, and republican voters will realize exactly what they voted for. By then, it'll be too late and a lot of Americans will be dead. Death, suffering and despair are what happens when you gut the services that protect us.

Things like social security and being able to retire will never affect Musk, so he simply doesn't care. He does not care about you, me or any other American that isn't a billionaire. He views the average citizen as cattle, only to be used and then discarded or slaughtered when we get too old.

Terrorizing people desperately trying to feed themselves. This is his idea of fun.

I bet he also considers himself a "christian", probably of the evangelical variety.

This is what cruelty looks like.

One, Musk clearly doesn't understand what a ponzi scheme actually is. Two, he clearly hates anyone who isn't a billionaire. Three, he's obviously anti-democracy, instead favoring dictatorships run by oligarchs.

Elon is not the hero they think he is. He hates America and wants to destroy it.

The power of the executive branch needs to be rained in and limited, not expanded. We don’t live in a monarchy or dictatorship..yet. No one person should be allowed to wield that much power, ever!

Gregg is a former Marine and Forest Service ranger. He's saved the lives of hikers dangling off a cliff or going through cardiac arrest, and he's bravely fought forest fires to save small rural towns.

100% of his salary is paid by WA state.

Elon fired him. Share his story.

Currently working on artwork at my neighborhood library. Looking around, there are at least 40-50 people perusing shelves, using computers, reading or studying. Tell me again how people don't use libraries anymore..

Opinion | Libraries can help end the culture wars. That’s why they’re under fire. Nothing threatens authoritarianism like a free, quiet place to absorb a full range of information.

We are about to enter an era of extreme and dangerous culture war in the United States. How do we protect our communities and work toward a cultural ceasefire? In this piece I wrote a couple months ago, I offer one possible path. wapo.st/40q1BDn

In a world that is increasingly anti-intellectual and anti-education, one of the most defiant acts you can commit is to make education, learning, curiosity and creativity at priority in your life. Don't let ignorance, narrow-mindedness, anti-education and misinformation win. #education #progress
