Found an analog clock desktop widget and thought "Eh, I can see the appeal I guess."
Then I noticed you can use any image you like for the clock face/hands and thought "Ooo it'd be cool to render my own custom clock."
And then I thought "Hey, I could render a whole WALLPAPER around that" 👀

I know not everyone has such a silky-smooth transition, but I definitely did!
I actually intended to dual-boot at first and get used to things. But somehow borked my Windows install in the process XD
I thought "I can either repair Windows, or just quit cold turkey" and chose to do the latter =p

What a relief. First impression is very good indeed 👍

Wiped my Windows pc the other day and installed Linux Mint.
So far everything just... works?
All the programs I routinely use are working with no trouble, I can open and edit all my old files, my hardware is all functioning as it should.
I haven't had to install any fixes or open the terminal once
