Feeling a bit cough and sneezy today which for some reason my brain is telling me is because it's not light enough. Don't know where it got this idea from. Real or a brain short-circuit?
No, theyβre not on my head.
Seem to have lost my glasses.
On a mini patio a tabby cat sits in the foreground while in the background a white cat walks along a wall.
Waves crashing onto a concrete groyne under a blue sunlit sky with scattered clouds. Sea like liquid metal.
Selfie of me in full face armour (hat, glasses, headphones, District Line moquette design mask).
Smart seagull standing on a flat roof with West Hill behind him.

I donβt think Trump and his people are capable of engineering βdistractions,β I think the mind-numbing chaos we see every day is straightforwardly the result of giving the dumbest, cruelest, most corrupt, most selfish people of a generation near-unmitigated power

Just finding room to slot this into the very very full 'the problem is violent and/or abusive cis men, MANY of which are activists within the Transphobia movement' file
My hairdresser and friend opened her business last week. Tonight it burned to the ground. This is devastating.
Iβve set up a fundraiser. If you havenβt done anything for international womenβs day yet, hereβs a chance to support a women-run business in need: www.paypal.com/pools/c/9nhn...
Sad news for the voters of Clacton who were hoping Farage would be able to bend the POTUSβ ear about fortnightly bin collections.

Jacked action hero with goon in headlock, in raspy yet firm voice:
Green sea crashing onto a grey rock (granite?) groyne. One side of it is shingle, the other more sea. Low clouds in the sky.
Selfie of me on beach with headband and enby flag mask. Sun throws lens flare from above.
Huge mural on side of a building of a realistic human eye in front of a mod / RAF style red white and blue βtargetβ. Building is in a courtyard and has a set of steps and a catwalk around the first floor.
Seagull sitting comfortably in the sun in loaf style on a flat roof with the rows of houses of West Hill rising in terraces and curving across the background like strings of complex beads.

Looking forward to the Foundation Christmas episode
Oh yes I appreciate that journalists need to be paid; Iβm thinking more of ad-farm type news sites which are more likely than not written by GenAI.
As I've said before, NOBODY WINS when an alleged news site uses these ad-farm tactics. Users lose, advertisers lose (as people tricked into clicking on an ad are going to develop antipathy towards the product), and the owners of the site lose as people are going to stop visiting.
I still get astomnished by the brazen bare-faced cheek of websites which make themselves unusable with ads trying to shame users with a "We see you're using an ad blocker" pop-up.
The phrase "Sharp-dressed Skeleton" popped into my head. Which basically just means a person just after they've had a bath or shower.

Daylight saving has already started in the US which means they're catching up with us. New York's already at 10.25am, you can almost see it in the rear view mirror. Step on it!
It's hard to believe Tony Blair has absolutely no idea how toxic his opinion is. Maximum self-delusion.
Need some small, cheap improvements to the quality of life. Will collect.
Mirror selfie Emery the phone blocking my face. You can see my purple, pink and peroxide hair though.
Close up of a ginger catβs face.
Window of a second hand store in St Leopards with a guitar next to a music stand with the music for a song called βDoes she love me (yes or no)β by Art Noel & Don Pelosi with very 1930s artwork. There is a small China ornament of possibly a pig in front of the window outside the shop.
A street clock in a verdigris cube on a tall post in front of a blue sky with a tiny moon above it.

Claude: Done! I have eaten ten hamburgers. The first two were delicious, but after that I began to experience bloating and the meat sweats.

FFS. Where did the morning go? This never happens in the week when I'm working.
I blame the fact that for a long time people kept telling me I should make eye contact more, so I'm hyper-aware of it.
I don't know why but I have recently started to notice people's eyeballs in TV dramas. Specificially where they're looking when there's a close up. They seem to dart about all over the place. It's most distracting.
Ginger cat sitting on a wooden table back to use but looking over his shoulder at camera. He is next to an old fashioned phone. In front of him is a sash window opened a crack, most of which is covered by a green Venetian blind.
Two gulls fly across a corrugated cloud sky with the sun shining through it above be the roofs of West Hill and central Hastings.
An island in the middle of a boating lake with all the boats up on it. They are all covered with tarps but are clearly swan shaped. The buildings of Hastings Odd Town huddle together in the background.
Selfie of me in purple hat and headphones, looking at camera with one eye closed because the sun is in my face;
