Can we get a DM link for wave in our bios

With Wave, you can message both Bluesky people and normal users in the same app. No fragmentation all your secure conversations and group chats are in one place.

Having my Bluesky secure group chats alongside all my other secure chats is awesome.

I know it’s hard to trust without an audit or open source. As we say, your keys never leaving your phone. The plan was there to make it open source. We’re just not ready yet once we feel ready, we’ll make it open source.

No. Wave runs on XMTP, which uses MLS under the hood. we’re not adding a separate encryption system. Coming to interoperability conversations live on the XMTP network, not inside Wave’s backend. Users keep their identity across apps.

Currently its in review. Once its live users can login with self hosted PDS account.

Its not open source yet and we don’t have any backend that collects data from the app.

If you don’t have a direct link to message a fellow Bluesky user, you can simply message them from your Followers or Following tab in Wave. It’s that simple.

We identified an issue with self-hosted PDS accounts. The issue has now been fixed & we are pushing an update. It should go live in around 2 days, depending on Apple’s review time.
