Tech-savvy now means logging onto PCPartpicker and plugging some components together. School children in the 70s were building the likes of the MK14 (Science of Cambridge), ZX-80 etc., and coding in machine language. Probably have sorted AI if we’d put our minds to it ;-)
We need to talk more about what Ian writes about here. And do more. I’ve deleted my Twitter and FB and Insta accounts. I want to reduce my use of Amazon. I want to use my phone a lot less. And yes, I understand these things are more difficult for some for all sorts of reasons. Not judging.
