8/ about it, there are a few weeks left in the year and plenty of downtime between now and January. Why not pick something you want to learn or improve at? Whether itβs a skill, a subject, or even just taking time to reflect, you can use this time to your advantage.
Growth doesnβt have to be

5/ about technology. Iβve also spent this time reading business and self-help books, which have helped me grow personally and professionally. Writing has also become a big part of my routineβitβs something Iβve leaned into to be more introspective and clarify my thoughts. Writing gives me the
4/ a powerful programming language thatβs great for building endpoint agents since it compiles across platforms. And a couple of years ago, I decided to spend my time studying artificial intelligence, which Iβm still exploring today through research and building projects.
But itβs not all
3/ things. For example, Iβve focused on mastering technologies like crypto contracts, which helped me understand their security implications and even give talks about them. Another year, I dove into learning NextJS, which allowed me to build enterprise applications. Iβve also learned Golang,

Marcus is talking about family & team leadership but I keep seeing this to intervene or not intervene challenge in international matters, terrorism, etc. Sometimes I have seen where it was necessary to intervene but the results was of one bad thing gone and a new one found an opportunity.
