It is important to reiterate that all law enforcement agents must have a judicial warrant or judicial subpoena to access non-public areas of the University, including housing, classrooms, and areas requiring CUID swipe access. An administrative warrant is not sufficient. If law enforcement agents seek entry to non-public areas of the University, ask the agents to wait to enter any non-public areas until contacting Public Safety. Public Safety will contact the Office of the General Counsel to coordinate the University's response. Do not allow them to enter or accept service of a warrant or subpoena. In response to community pressure, New Hampshire Governor Ayotte announced that plans to build an ICE facility in Merrimack, NH have been cancelled. Protest after protest, communities in New Hampshire showed up in a big way, and proved people power can successfully move the needle.

This district had the second-biggest swing to Trump between 2020 and 2024 of all the specials in the cycle so far. The biggest was in NJ SD-32, which is also heavily Latino, and where the Democrat in the special also outperformed *both* Harris and Biden.
PA #HD22 also looks final, a D+17 overperformance. Notably, this is a majority-Latino district that swung sharply *against* Dems in 2024 at the presidential level: Biden won it by 34, but Harris by just 18.
Tonight, though, it bounced all the way back, as Dominican-born Ana Tiburcio won it by 35.
Final numbers appear to be in in PA #HD42, and we're looking at a +35 Dem overperformance.

Meanwhile, in Pennsylvania, Democrat Ana Tiburcio has ALSO overperformed in the OTHER special House election (HD-22), winning by 35 points in a district which @the-downballot.com says Harris won by 18 points.
