what are your IDEs of March? mine is @zed.dev
Do it π
Looks like Expo EAS Workflows
Just bundling JS takes me more than 4 min π
I didnβt! Thatβs one of the reasons I want to go this year.
Is anyone from the React Native world going to React Miami?
I keep struggling with these:
- I donβt want Christmas songs in March
- Songs I like to play when working are not the same songs I want to play when commuting
That must be the same issue I have. Iβm glad you are solving it!
Iβm more impressed by the implementation than the recommendations π. Nice work!
Introducing a new React Native Framework for Enterprise apps. β¨
Built around native build reuse, incremental adoption and self-hosting at your own infra.
Because the best build is no build.

Posting in π¦ as well π
Iβm looking for people in the React Native DevX world that want to share ideas on how they have improved the DevX at mid/large companies. It could be from caching native builds to using AI to suggest commits that introduce regressions.
Iβm happy to meet (virtual) and chat!
After years of frontend mobile work, (temporarily) touching go services, aws resources and networks is such a humbling experience. Iβm glad Cursor exists.
Ever wondered what happens during an Expo pre-build? πͺGabriela from Theodo breaks it down for us here.
As a kid I was very frustrated when I first tried Xcode and couldnβt do anything except adding UIKit components that I didnβt know how to connect.
It wasnβt until I tried React Native that I started playing with Obj-C again to connect native modules.
π Iβd love to be part of the list as well! Thanks
Maintaining the habit is important π
@kzzzf.bsky.social I just tested Radon v0.0.22 on one of our playgrounds and itβs been great so far!
Iβm really excited to introduce this one to the rest of the apps.
Will do! By extensibility I mean that we can add our own tabs or features in the same tool. E.g. Control our experiments, make storage operations, inspect gql operations.
Congrats Jamon!
Great. Thanks! Yeah we also have our own service which brings other benefits as well. We can send custom headers to identify the client and target the ota to certain people.
We are considering daily deploys through expo updates, but itβs delicate since any native change would block the release.
Oh, I see it is enabled in github.com/bluesky-soci....
I would love to know if itβs only for hotfixes!
Is Bluesky using Expo Updates? If it is, is it exclusively for hotfixes?

π Iβd like to be able to open images from a post Iβm replying to.
That, or to be able to minimize the composer and see the original post.
We have an internal package with many native defaults as an Expo config plugin. This makes it super easy to change defaults for all apps, as well as quickly be able to create playgrounds that resemble prod apps.
It has been a life changer for us.
Especially when maintaining several apps and wanting to align several native dependencies between them.
