Remember when the press all made up stories he was transitioning in prison to scare people, I'm glad there's one less monster in the world, shame there aren't a lot less.

Will she even say it to him?

Labour MPs say this stuff from time to time to get a cheer, but they simply aren't standing up in the commons saying to the government: "This is wrong and we shouldn't be doing this shit to a vulnerable minority."

Until they do, properly, all of them are complicit.

A Dance of Identity - documentary about trans life To fund the completion of a feature documentary about a trans family as they navigate an alarming campaign against trans rights.

These are some of the words written by the small group of documentary experts and trans community leaders to whom we showed the rough cut in a "test screening" last month.

More info in the update here.

A New update just dropped about our film.

"We have a rough cut!

We are proud to announce that we now have an 86 minute film which we can't wait to complete and get into cinemas."

"Compelling" "A film of heart and humanity" "Incredibly moving" "important" "Better than Will and Harper"

Dear Shabana,
I notice today that you referred to me in your speech on immigration at the IPPR think tank.
You said: β€œA party leader should not be on the beaches of France encouraging people to
make a perilous crossing on small boats.”
I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised especially after the hateful Labour campaign in Gorton
and Denton, but this is just the latest in a string of lies peddled by a discredited Government
who intentionally fan the flames of racism and division.
When I went to Calais, I was not there to encourage people to travel to the UK. I was there
to see at first hand the suffering your Government and successive Governments have done
in demonising migrants in a pathetic bid to pander to the base instincts of Reform and the
flawed strategy of Morgan McSweeney.
As you will know, if you even bothered to research my visit instead of taking Reform talking
points, I was there to witness the brutality of families living in tents in freezing temperatures. I
filled water tanks and picked up litter.
What that visit did do is confirm my belief that if we are to smash the boat gangs and stop
the boats, we need to offer safer and managed routes for migrants to come to this country.
Showing compassion as a politician is not a crime. In fact, we need to see much more of it.
It reminded me of a young MP who in October 2015 spent three days in Lesbos helping
migrants fleeing war-torn Syria. She posted videos on X, talked about handing out water and
croissants to refugees and food parcels.
When she returned to the UK, she wrote a very moving piece in the New Statesman. She
said β€œwe have to work with our European partners and create new, safe, and legal routes for
refugees to get to Europe. We cannot abandon them to their fate, left as prey for smugglers
whilst risking death on the seas.”
She said β€œmaybe we can make ourselves feel better by saying no-one is making them get on
the boats. And again, the Home Secretary is not entirely wrong when …

Dear Shabana,

Let's clear some things up around migration and remember we're talking about people's lives.

I personally prefer PR via single transferable vote, that way you avoid splitting left parties etc.

1. Green
2. Lib Dem
3. etc etc

Make your choice about sharing data from your health records Choose if you want to share data from your health records for planning and research.

I believe this may need updating, you cannot opt out on the NHS app anymore and it just takes you to the opt out webpage

www.nhs.uk/your-nhs-dat...

For anyone needing its simple you just need your name, dob and NHS number or postcode to opt out.

Outdated Research On Gender To Be Used In A Planned NHS Pilot Involving Trans Kids NHS Bristol and Weston commisioned a pilot study aimed at trans kids under 10 years of age. The study has been revealed to adopt "extremely dated pieces of work" on gender identity.

"It completely fails to recognise the highly well established β€˜risk’ of the pilot causing significant harm to trans children whose childhood rejection is encouraged and enforced by this β€˜support’.”

Register to vote Register to vote to take part in elections in the UK. Includes how to get on the electoral register and how to update your address on the register.

People are scared of the spread of fascism, rightly so. We have 🏴󠁧󠁒󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 elections in May and it’s essential to keep Reform out. The far right thrive on apathy and hopelessness.

Good turn out almost always beats them. Register to vote. Why wait? Do it today

I have horrible visions of them having laid off all the analysts and just feeding satellite images into AI to β€œidentify” missile sites only for it to see things like swings and seesaws in kids playgrounds as launch platforms or something, but it’s too late as the missile is on its way.

I had someone a couple of years ago telling me they were investing a lot of savings in hydrogen and I tried to warn them in a polite way.

hydrogens upside was range and refuel time but the infrastructure is incredible complex and expensive.

EV’s have now solved the recharge and range issue.

We did Naples to Venice non stop on Freccirosa in 5 1/2 hours (about 500km) first class for Β£54 each inc complimentary food and soft drinks.

Mind was blown.

It’s usually cheaper to drive my Aston Martin to London AND park than the train.
