Every moment of every day, I am grateful. The “wrong” in this current life we live angers me to no end. Finding my balance is a challenge but a MUST in order for me to be “heart healthy.” Starting every brand new day in gratitude helps to balance the way my day unfolds. 🙏🏻♥️
There is enough to be angry about in this current life, anger seems to rule every moment… IF we let it!!
