Looking at the posts about what you're playing, I feel that some of that stuff is like these filmstrips, not necessarily public domain but just abandoned. Most educational shorts are in this state. Copyright expires 75 years after the death of the creator in the US, so that's most things < 1951
I appreciate the offer. Unfortunately none of this stuff is really public domain. It’s just abandoned. Anything that’s up on the Internet Archive or YouTube I haven’t had any issues with however, but you should be aware of any potential risks.
