Yes. Finally! Nice one!
How far are you away from adding metrics for Elixir? :)
Why does every o11y platform has a look and feel like it was made in the early 2010 era π
Data migration at work: 3-6 month project.
Data migration at sideproject: "AI Code LGTM. Push!"

Third episode of our podcast is out.
We talk about how we end up working more with agents, and what it does to our brain.
And of course, complain about the missing sun in Vienna β.

btw: mostly RSS memory that doesn't get free'd up. So outside of the Beam.
It gets free'd eventually, multiple short bursts of concurrent tasks can increase it unsustainably.
Anyone experience with Rustler/NIF not free-ing up memory ?
Is there any way around it or is the solution just to use Ports?

switched today, and love the simplicity.
Yep they do!
(I know it because resend was down when AWS was down lol)
resend.com has some hype. Using it right now, no issues so far.
An official VSCode extension for Expert LS has been released. You can be a 30th person to download it.

Okay, @appsignal.com onboarding for Elixir was just amazing!
Developer UX is superb compared to infra.
Why can't we have nice things there?
Still remember when we you pitched appointmed back then.
Really cool what you built and super happy for you all that it is a success π
Congrats, well deserved!
Also: how the heck did so many companies end up using Python. Especially if they don't do ML.
Frontend: If you know TS + React/Vue - you cover most job requirements.
Backend? Completely other story. Add Databases, scaling problems and a few other expertises (KVS, Event systems, ...) and your options are limited.
While we like to complain about the Frontend ecosystem constantly changing. At least they have one language.
Backend has the problem of language diversity.
Bose Ultra. NC is amazing.
I tried the Sony. NC is a little bit better. But after 10+ years with Bose, I am too used to their sound profile to switch.
Only downside: Turning them on/off is confusing (weird delay compared to QC35/25).
Here you go: sweatmaps.nicolasdular.com
Yay π
When the multiple you made on $NVDA is only the second best investment.
