The standard breakfast shake my wife and I drink weekdays is:
1c chocolate milk
1c cooked oatmilk
2tsp whey
2tsp peanut butter powder
2tbsp greek yogurt
+ sometimes a banana
Our youngest child has informed us multiple times over the past few days that he wants to dress up as a subscribe button next year for Halloween. The year after he wants to be a pumpkin head.
