A happy doggo animation. Going to elaborate on this further. Might do more with it.
They require far more water than other trees in the LA area. They aren't native. They have a lot of dangerous debris once they're tall enough. And they provide zero shade to the environment. Tree canopies can dramatically reduce ground temperature whereas palms do ..nothing. 😁
I'm such a scrooge about this but I really can't stand palm trees even in LA. I'm very for proactively removing them from the LA area if it was out up for a vote hahaha.

I think I'm going to treat my bluesky account as my "Wip" account. Not sure this is the bg vibe I'm going for but still testing things. Might go for a more painterly/unfinished feel for the environments.

They went in a different direction with this in the show but I really tried to make Fritz' bday party invitation as cute as possible when I boarded this scene in Monsters at Work.

Why isn't Billy Joels' "All you wanna do is dance" played more on the radio or anywhere. Uptown Girl is great but this guy has killer tracks every other song haha.

I kind of love that even though I am horrified at the idea of dancing in public, I observe and appreciate dance enough to be able to freestyle through another character haha.
