i don't know. i was so focused and getting snatched and shredded that i didn't realize if i got the engine moving too fast the metabolism would eventually roll down the hill without me lol it's just ... oops

metabolism is crazy cause i had no idea 9 months of daily work outs could completely change that. now even on days i can AFFORD to eat, even i don't work out , i still lose weight and people around me still go "heyyyyyy girly. you gotta ... gain weight or stop" and im just like "im trying ..."
