Yeah, this is a pretty common problem. Discord really needs to make that expiration stand out more.
The way you mark a monitor as a main monitor in MacOS is the least intuitive process I could imagine.
The end result is many self hosted websites, tucked away securely on my network that I can access from anywhere without publicly exposing anything. I love it.
I closed my open web ports and use Tailscale to vpn to my own home network. I tunnel in through Tailscale as a vpn, then it uses pihole as a DNS, which points a bunch of internal domains to nginx proxy manager, which points them to my internal IPs for the servers and ports they live on.
I'm really impressed with how great of a job Bluesky does at nuking bots. I'm sure the other site could have done it too, but they inflate the narcissists' perceived impression of himself so he lets him hang around
They say that, but you ever center a div in python? It's way more difficult /s
It's not even that. The sister-in-law wrote the words, the AI is just the image warping and the voice. It's really, really bad that a judge allowed this.
I've had the sound track for expedition 33 stuck in my head for two days. Mainly Gustave

Forgive the earnest post here, but one year ago this week, Global Tetrahedron took over The Onion. We've since brought back the paper and ONN, dramatically increased revenue, and hired more writers and artists.
But most importantly, as other places debased themselves, we refused to bend the knee.
Really enjoying using Obsidian for note taking. The plugin economy there is wild, people have done some really cool things that _just work_ with markdown. Like the Excalidraw plugin or an entire markdown-based Kanban board. Pretty cool stuff! #anythingbutjira

I pumped, I made my first PR to #IonicFramework today for a ticket and found out it addresses an actual community issue πͺ I'm excited I now get to contribute directly to open source as my job!
To be fair to them, it used to be. They just never updated their view of reality
Another day another feature πͺ Love playing with #godot for RPG Sessions. This time it's a minimal image editor for cropping portrait images or making them into tokens more suitable for a map. I got to play with shaders a *lot* here!
Session Maps is a map system tied directly into your RPG Sessions game table. It allows you to map out your game with collaborative, real-time tools.
Today RPG Sessions launched Sessions Maps, which we've been working hard on for the past several months. It's been really fun getting to play with #godot and tying it into our existing work in such an amazing way! It's not quite a game, but it's still an excellent use of the game engine!
