"THE FACE OF PAIN is unlike anything I have ever read. Itβs original, disturbing, disgustingly beautiful, and horribly upsetting. With that being said, it is impossible to put down once you crack the front cover." -- Dave Dreher, Gruesome Magazine

Fuck no. I write for humans, not slop slurpers.
Reading Cabal makes me sad that a certain subgenre of horror where a weird town thatβs not on any maps that lies hidden somewhere in the vastness of the unknown lands of the rural Americas has mostly stopped existing because of phones and the internet.

cover of Teenage Girls Can Be Demons by Hailey Piper, art by Julia Lloyd, on a twinkling pink background, bracketed by the words Bram Stoker Award Finalist and Splatterpunk Award Finalist
Realized my @titanbooks.bsky.social demons are finalists for both the Bram Stoker Awards and the Splatterpunk Awards. I'm proud of this book, both as a fiction collection and because of the personal connection readers have shared about, whether in their demon days or remembering them.
Thank you π€π
If for some unfathomable reason you've not yet read this, now is the time.
Mariana Enriquez recently interviewed Rosalia for Spotify and I donβt think my queer heart can handle this πβ€οΈ I love them both so much
A truly excellent and balanced review of my upcoming novel, WRETCH, from The Fright Club! Very grateful for this! π€

I get asked to show up to book clubs, online and offline. Here is why from now on the answer is always "no." If you think this might have something to do with "AI" ruining yet another thing for everyone, you're absolutely 100% correct.

The first release from Mystic Monkey Press is one of my favorites! THE OCEAN DARK, originally written as "Jack Rogan." I've licensed the cover of the German edition by Samuel Araya. This is available now in paperback, hardcover, and ebook from most online booksellers.

My baby is back in print today π₯°
A woman trying to save her city has to slit a few throats to do it in this noir-inspired dark fantasy world, a story I wanted to tell that was the reason I became a writer.
