The most beautiful hand knit sock posed on a sock blocker - the way the colourway is dyed creates microstripes of neon pink and blue, with slightly thicker stripes of neon yellow with tiny pieces of orange and green at either end of the yellow. The toe and heel are black.

Held double, the strands will create Worsted/Aran weight yarn, so just use your favourite Aran weight hat pattern 🩷 If you don't have one and need inspo, I'm knitting a Barley Hat (Tin Can Knits) with mine, doing four rounds of one Mohair colour before I move onto the next 🌈
In the top left corner is a little pile of bright Mohair micro-skeins in neon pink, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. In the top right is a cake of undyed tweedy DK yarn, and in the middle is a glorious knitted hat WIP on circular needles. A rainbow moves through the hat in stripes as I'm doing four rounds of each Mohair colour, the undyed yarn creating a marled fabric. There are little flashes of black, brown and grey now and then where the nepps are saying hi.

I’ve been spinning some to knit a scrappy Ranunculus (or other tee), and I think the small amounts are perfect for me as I usually get bored 1/4-1/2 way through a 100g braid or batt and don’t finish the spin 🫠😭 These little 2ply sock-weight skeins really excite me though!! 😃 #handspunyarn 🧶

This blank has been dyed rolled up, with a neon rainbow applied sideways on top of the roll in (all neon dyes) Pink on one side, into Orange, Yellow, Green, Aqua Blue, Lavender, and ending with Purple. There are lighter and darker saturation sections, and undyed parts, due to the way they were dyed rolled up. As the dye doesn't reach all the way into the middle, one end of the blanks will have more saturation than the other because of this. I think this will work up incredibly interestingly...! I'd love to keep one for myself so I can see how it'll work up in something, but these babies must earn their keep, so none for me!
