Making hobby websites is so cool. I've been working on this one lately. It's for a customisable virtual pet you can include on your site in an iframe.
This is how it started (sketch before colour research, I'm so sorry) vs how it's going. Still need to tie up some loose ends before it goes live.

I always start with harmony when making chiptunes.
Looping chords set the mood for the whole song 🎶
Once that feeling is there, the melody comes much easier.

I've been toying with ideas of how to teach people GB Studio in a way that isn't just them following along with a tutorial. Less instructional and more hands on ways that build confidence. Help them create their own custom processes for development. Does this sound useful to any learners out there?
I'm starting to write more reviews of smaller titles on Steam.
1. Reviews are very helpful for developers and players alike.
2. It's a nice way to cap off a fun time with a game.
So not only do I recommend Babushka's Glitch Dungeon, but I also recommend writing reviews of indie games you enjoyed!
