`std::bitset<32> b; b.set(3);` vs `uint32_t b = 0; b |= 1 << 3;` who wore it better? One of these has been burned into my brain since I was 14.
You ever forget `do {} while ()` exists while writing c++? Happened to me. Used goto instead and...it was fine I guess. Same with std::bitset, I forgot about it. I should spend more time actually writing c++ so I don't make silly mistakes and then I won't have to explain bit twiddling during review.
