We want FLGS's to succeed. It's good for our hobby. But it's a tough business. And it doesn't get easier when a major distributor goes bankrupt. If your FLGS doesn't stock our games, let them know they can order titles directly from us at the same price they'd pay through distro.

What methods do you use for adjusting encounter balance on the fly when running #dungeonsanddragons #pathfinder or similar #ttrpg / #rpg games? I use reinforcements, mid-fight adjustments, new abilities, new vulnerabilities and more.

Been involved in a lot of discussion regarding alignment and morality in #ttrpgs recently, especially games like #dnd. Came across the coup de grace rules for #ForbiddenLands from #FreeLeague and it really exemplified what I've been pushing for / toward. Also reminded me of this one time in AD&D2nd
