It is both frightening and appalling that in Australia we fund private schools (religious schools run by churches) so generously.

In Melbs at the last election two little Asian sisters dressed in pink girly costumes pushed their way through the queues of voters to make their way to the democracy sausage stand before returning with the sausages to their parents patiently waiting further down the line.
A loo with a window directly to the outside is great for ventilation, much better than windowless interior toilets that rely on fans.
