I thought there might be a chance the magna carta video would mark a return to 2021 poilievre but he just can't help himself

it's edmontover strathcover
make sure not to credit the VP for Metrolinx Swag for the VP of GO Transit Swag's work though
the VP for UP Express Swag deserves recognition too
the natural solution is to have the agents post to linkedin
no real reason that couldn't be replicated on microblogging websites tbh but I think everyone would hate it in practice
zero strikes insta account nuke at the whiff of an attempted brigade contributes to this I think
the things I would do to be in that slack channel
huh I also came across this for the first time today and it wouldn't let me through
to the extent that shareholders can't be considered sentient maybe
I highly doubt there are very many safetyists left at OAI or xAI, why do you think anthropic exists?
I'm pretty sure "authoritarians wanting to control advanced artificial intelligence" accounts for at least a solid 25% of all EA writing
did we miss the part where the EA lab was just designated a supply chain risk by pete hegseth
*breakfast question voice* "how would you have felt if the cultural context that undergirded this performance didn't exist"
I in turn haven't been keeping up with BC, has Boyle been doing much as minister? I know she was doing good municipally but the BCNDP seems to have run out of steam on housing since the election
was not aware of this but that sounds mildly promising at least?
in general the term "apartment ban" seems to have become a pretty decent heuristic for whether a "progressive" is keeping up on housing β ontario greens have been picking it up too
yeaaah, I've grown to dislike him slightly less over the course of the campaign but I'm not really going to be enthusiastic; as long as he's willing to play hardball on electoral reform, I can bring myself to ignore the rest that won't happen anyways
avi lewis, I'd put it at 80%
mcpherson is also decent on single stair but quiet on housing otherwise
the likely future leader is saying the right things re: "apartment ban" & single stair at least but the rest of his platform hardly inspires confidence
the problem is that the federal government isn't in a very credible position wrt committing to this stuff long term (latest example: transit fund) β this is why I think the only real avenue for change is to play hardball with provinces to impose New Dealsβ’, much harder to quietly derail
gotta follow better people

yeah that's why I had to do this github.com/zeppelin-soc... (code is very bad)
what issues did you run into?
oh it didn't like your net.mmatt.blob record, pushed a fix, docker image will take 15 mins or so
hm weird, would you happen to have floats or other non-atproto-valid data somewhere in your repo?
I think this poll shows exactly why they would never want to do that
yesterday my claude got into an argument with its webfetch agent, thought about curling the page, then decided it didn't need to fetch the page after all (it definitely did)
I think it's more just disillusionment with the federal NDP than anything else, I get the vibe Boulerice and the current QS share a similar ambivalence-leaning-towards-"it wouldn't hurt" feeling towards sovereignty as a priority
I'd think it really only takes one prolific discover-er/liker to mitigate this? e.g. I've found many newly created accounts in the extended bluesky norviverse, which I would not otherwise have encountered, via For You, primarily (I'd assume) due to a single norvid/godogly like
yeah, I consider the skyware repos basically done for all intents and purposes, & I'm probably not maintaining any of my atproto projects for the foreseeable future
given that this was my first time working in OCaml at all, it made for a pretty great first experience :) much appreciated!
