You're hitting the nail on the head there! They are indeed N20 6V motors, and are of the 800RPM variety. Speaking personally, I've used 1000RPM motors with ~1.8-2cm diameter wheels, and 600RPM motors with larger wheels; 800RPM seems to be about the sweet spot, at least until you want to go faster!
