We have been told for years that regular mass shootings are a price we have to pay for the 2A to protect us from tyrannical govt. Today those exact same people who have told us this are applauding the *mere possession* of a permitted handgun being used to justify an execution by federal agents.

Just contacted my 2 GOP senators asking them to clarify whether the second amendment applies to everyone or just Republicans.

Pretti clearly did not brandish his gun. Which means the government is saying he was killed for legally exercising his right to carry.

It’s as clear-cut a violation of the Second Amendment as I can possibly imagine. And we’re about to see the bulk of the gun rights crowd defend his murder.

I wish Democrats would start just speaking the truth:

“ICE is killing American citizens in public for exercising their freedom of speech because Donald Trump wants to be a king.

This isn’t about immigration—Trump wants to make it illegal to oppose him, and to stay in power until he dies.”
