A different view of the Forth (Rail) Bridge to the one you usually see - this one is taken from Dalmeny train station looking along the train line. Hope you all had a good Christmas!

I agree! Especially when the cherry blossoms are out!
Thanks! I'm not sure if they are still doing the rooftop tours to be honest, I think they were doing tours for perhaps £5/£6 per person or something similar before but I can't see anything on St Giles website about it anymore. Will try to find out next time I'm there!
A photo from the day I managed to get on to the roof of St Giles' Cathedral, looking down the Royal Mile - not something you get to do everyday!

Here's a video I made showing extent of the recent #fire on Arthur's seat, #edinburgh and the burnt area left behind - can you see the drifting ash? Please share if you know anyone that would want to see and like/subscribe on YouTube for more!

Apache over Edinburgh Castle tonight. Not the best of photos because it was dark and photo was taken from ~1.5km away but something you've probably not seen before!

Fire on Arthur's Seat, Edinburgh
Drone photo of the fire burning on Arthur's Seat yesterday evening - didn't want to get too close as I know there was a helicopter there earlier. Gives an idea of the scale of it though. Thankfully looks like the fire is out this morning!

Ben A'an in the Trossachs, looking over Loch Katrine - it's not as high as it might look (461m) and offers a great view for the effort!

Stac a’ Phris Arch, Lewis - very remote but worth a visit if you're in the area - debated trying to fly the drone through the arch but thought better of it on this occasion! What's your favourite place in the Western Isles? Tom @ https://www.edinburghphotography.com
The sky! Taken with my mini drone couple of evenings ago. Gives me lots of opportunities for photos of views that people haven't seen before! 😊

Some lovely sunsets recently - here's the sun setting behind Barclay Viewforth Church at the West end of Bruntsfield Links. Hope you like it!

Something I've not posted a photo of before - this is Granton, #Edinburgh 's 'Gas Holder 1' - an old gas holder/ gasometer that has been converted into a park. Nice idea! You probably don't see it much from this angle though!
