Guess that depends on your preferences. Many people would say the a4z that I have. zp6, Pietro with pro brew burrs, Timemore sculptor 078s. lots of people love their k ultras too. Timemore millab m01.
I don’t think you can expect super uniform grind from any hand grinder short of something like a Pietro, though I was pretty happy with my mavo phantox pro. But I think if you’re doing pourover the J is probably not the grinder for you.
I’ve never used a grind size analyzer but if it’s Hyunah Coffee Club I’ve also considered it. It’s a little far from home for me but I will say the owner is nice and they have a good bean selection - ordered a nice September coffee from them recently
yeah I didn’t mind hand grinding and it was a big improvement in terms of cup quality but glad to be using an electric grinder again
Folks I am begging you to NEVER, EVER change your forecast for the economy based on one payrolls print. The data are too volatile, too dramatically revised, and only part of a broader mosaic of data. Hell, payrolls are only half the monthly report.

JUSTICE SOTOMAYOR, with whom JUSTICE KAGAN and JUSTICE JACKSON join, dissenting from grant of stay. The Court's 101-word unexplained order can be summarized in just 7: "Rules for thee, but not for me." Time and again, this Court has said that federal courts have limited jurisdiction. Time and again, this Court has said that federal courts should not interfere with state-court litigation. Time and again, this Court has said that federal courts should not meddle with state election laws ahead of an elec-tion. Today, the Court says: except for this one, except for this one, and except for this one. Ignoring every limit on federal courts' authority, the Court takes the unprecedented step of staying a state trial court's decision in a re-districting dispute on matters of state law without giving the State's highest court a chance to act. Because that order violates basic principles of jurisdiction, federalism, and equity, I respectfully dissent.
