Really really had enough of the crap that big tech shoves into their products and come this Wednesday I am exposing as much of it as I can, how they work and it will anger quite a lot of people. It is arguably one of the most potent evidence based pieces of work I have done
Any rate, I there is almost a 1:1 relationship to what is used by the plaintiffs and defendants in terms of my work on this, I would be utterly surprised if nothing from this case, something I rarely state unless I am not certain.
Regardless, it means a lot in terms of Section 230 shielding big tech and big tech, I am willing to bet is sweating bullets. But alas I am just astounded that given the nature of the case that it is not getting the coverage it deserves.

1/2 Now, Although a verdict will be reached late this month, if Meta end up losing this case expect a massive terms in of regulatory change and also unlike previously Zuck have NOT appeared in a court setting (Jury Trial, 9/12 win split). The scale of this case is massive.
As result of what is going in with the Meta Court case (which I see little mention off) I have decided that this week I will release my work done on "Algorithmic Identity Reinforcement", now it is a super in-depth piece of work but worth going into as it is super important.

Behavioral Biometrics is as stark as it is covert, invisible and not to seen as biometrics in the conventional sense. But as it the second part of not yet released first part. Used to dertermine risk, price, and much more.
In terms of the CTI (Cyber Threat Intel) side and my scale in terms of societal risk and so on this ranks amongst the heighest. I spend much more time on these topics for reasons that will be clear when I publish my work.
