I can't believe I still have clients who say they are "not bothered" by constant notifications. Really? Distraction lowers productivity by 20% (that bothers me!). A single interruption can throw scheduled task off by two to three hours. I set specific times when I can be interrupted.

Who else gets bored after 10 minutes? Don’t judge yourself. It’s natural. We are an absentminded species. Our brain is hard-wired to ignore most stimuli it does not find threatening or stimulating enough. So schedule focus work for 10-50 minutes, depending on energy levels. Less energy, less time.
