Die CDU argumentiert, nur weil die Grünen das echte (!) Rehaugen-Video ihres Kandidaten in der Wahl thematisiert haben ("Schmutzkampagne"), hätten sie knapp mehr Stimmen und müssten sich deswegen die Ministerpräsidentenschaft teilen. Nach der Logik hätte Habeck Anspruch auf die Kanzlerschaft gehabt.
