I've just received some pretty harsh criticism about my convention organising from one person. I recognise there were some issues with one game registration, but harsh man!

And I think most of that can be undertaken and guided by a good GM with a smart qr sheet. One that actually knows the game. Takes a bit of effort to get there though.

I open up submissions super early, partly for my own piece of mind(!), but also to help my gradual back-end submission processing. As a GM, I'll either put in something I know I can do, or sometimes take a risk and put in an enticing blurb for a game I'd love to run, but has *nothing* behind it!
