Always wondered if Jacques Neinaber has something to do with thst. Leinster seemed to change their playing character after he arrived and I'm not sure for the better.

I always expect more from him. Just looking at how he goes about the pitch I miss real dynamism. But when the offloads work he looks good.

Any ideas why? Is the creativity being trained out of them?
