I think the most pragmatic thing people can do, if they're being mandated to use LLMs, is to unionise.
If by some miracle the bubble doesn't burst, there will still likely be lots of layoffs so get protecting yourself and your colleagues.

Pro tip: opus 4.6 is garbage. Drop back to 4.5 and you will see a big improvement.
I finally joined the dark side and started using pre-commit hooks (lints, cargo check, etc) so that when the model commits, it has to solve the problems.

I've always wanted this, and did design for it in the Zed git ui but it didn't make the cut sadly 😭
I like to work across branches a lot, and being able to reference across them would be really nice for my workflow
