Yes, cost is a driver. But is seems to me a large percentage of the protective services industry start with manpower & cost rather than risk. Many, when asked to provide x bodyguards just do. They do not ask what the (perceived) threat etc is & work from there.
Indeed. However i am somewhat bemused by the message being given by certain supposed ‘industry leaders’ claiming we need to reexamine our assessments. I’ve always including family in any considerations & if they haven’t they need to have a little think…
