I've been having a lot of fun building a notes app, specifically for people who are a bit scatterbrained and struggle to focus.

Operation Epic Fury. We are being led by actual children.
No, we do not support this turbo nonce or his stupid war. #auspol
@albomp.bsky.social very disappointing.
That's the second ganglion cyst removed. Hopefully this will let me resume yoga in a couple of months!
I spent months building a code editor notepadexe.com, and the feature people are most excited about is... copying images to the clipboard
โโฅC your code. Paste a masterpiece. Your Keynote will never look the same.
Am I being precious or are these red flags for Engineering teams?
- Have to use Teams
- No local admin
- Long approval process for any software to be installed / used
I just don't see how you can have any sort of innovative engineering culture without any flexibility for engineering teams.
So the UK is just straight up arresting protesters now? How far we've fallen.
Apple really trying to make Windows 11 look good with MacOS 26.
The Silksong soundtrack is so good.

"While the protests were condemned as hateful by the federal government, some politicians attended, including the One Nation leader, Pauline Hanson, and party member Senator Malcolm Roberts in Canberra and the federal MP Bob Katter in Townsville."
Cunts, they're called cunts.
I wish I had never put my phone number on my CV. Considering changing my phone number and getting a burner for recruiters.
I don't think the world needs this. It's all still a net negative. Fortune cookies that suck up energy and water ๐ซ #TLsky
Training for City2Surf was always going to be unsuccessful and as if to confirm that I hurt my back quite badly almost immediately.
But I'm working through that and have managed to achieve a training consistency I haven't managed since COVID.

Really hope that Switch 2 updates are being worked on for the Xenoblade games. I wanted to jump back into 3 but it looks so bad on my TV and in handheld.
Turns out I need a certain number of hours per week of video game time or my mental health goes in the toilet.
In related news the new Donkey Kong game is fantastic
Unpopular opinion: Tears of the Kingdom is overwhelmingly tedious.
How is this still connected to the mouse setting? This should have genuinely been a day 1 hotfix situation.
Bringing dogs to the office? How about we fucking stop that immediately.
I love when having to work on waterfall projects, people will be in a completely fucked project for years, have absolutely no idea what they're doing but then still completely reject any different way to approach a problem.
I wish engineering jobs had standardised names. At some point Engineering Manager stopped meaning managing multiple teams and now just means "Team Lead".
So now you have an important sounding job on your resume - good job, but we've confused everyone.
I forgot to spam here with photos last few times I went out to do some #photography
4 quite different photos from different days.
You love to see it #auspol

Some more #Photography spam. This time from Longneck Lagoon.
This weekend was some #Photography in the Blue Mountains, need to take advantage of owning a car more than I have been doing.
Getting paid a referral bonus for work and was trying to decide between a new computer or a new camera.
Landed on the camera, investing in the hobby that takes me outside is probably a much better investment in my health.
Plus now I can spam more terrible photos on the internet.
This is how my views compare with the election candidates in the upcoming Australian election according to @VoteCompass. Try it for yourself! #AusPol #AusVotes share.votecompass.com/zCMlTVre5kjd...
I would have thought I'd be closer to the greens, but this is just an online quiz.
