Blake the Murrcat touches Trick's face while he smokes a cigar. Trick looks a surprised, with a little "Hwuh!" "Well, hey there lil' guy!" Blake says, his eyes lit up with yellow and black spirals. "Aren't you cute. Say, you fancy a smoke by any chance?"
The hypnosis appears to have no effect on Trick. With a smug expression he says, "Now now, don't think I don't know what you're doing there, my friend!" His hand is on his chest as he continues. "I'm not stranger to that method... I'm a bit of a hypnotist myself too you see..." Blake responds with a grumpy frown. Trick leans in, his nose touching Blake's. His eyes are now lit up too, with orange and yellow spirals. "In fact... I bet I can do better than that. You wanna try a taste of your own medicine, kitty cat?" Blake's own spirals return as he replies in a huff. "Like Hell! I ain't failed to turn anyone yet," he growls. "Try me." Trick replies, his face as smug as ever.
As they both stare into each other's eyes, they start to fall under each other's spells- much to their own confusion. Blake's eyes droop in exhaustion, eyebags forming beneath them. His clothes begin to sag on his body as he slowly starts to shrink in size. Even his piercings begin to disappear. In contrast, Trick starts to grow bigger. His chin juts out with thick, sharp stubble sprouting from it while his clothes begin to tear from his rapidly growing size.
The transformation of them both has finally become complete. Blake's cigar now hangs above his head, held in the strong jaws of Trick, ash dripping down onto his nose. Blake is now far smaller, Trick far larger. Blake's piercings are now completely missing, his leather jacket now replaced by a simple grey hoodie paired with a green-ish, yellow-ish hi-vis vest. He rubs his hand over Trick's massive, hairy chest, now on show through a loose tank top. Trick playfully pinches Blake's shoulder as he says, "I'm startin' to think you was right, kitty cat... I really DID need a smoke!"

But I think what you've said in the next post is a good way to manage. Since you're still actively working on fitness but have calorie goals to keep up with that, framing it that way may be fun while you work toward your goals
