Thanks for all the kind words about Sam. She was my favourite person and I know she brought joy to many of you. I am going through old videos. She never got the hang of fetch. That may have been my fault

I said goodbye to my best friend of 15 years today. I hope she knew how much she was loved and that she’s not in pain anymore. Good girl Sam. The best girl 💔🌈

I saw the movie last weekend. What a delight. So fun. I have been telling everyone to go while it’s at the local theatre - so fun as a collective experience

Dog walk report. -12 at about 5:30 this morning. Still walking. Though we rarely make it more than a block or two. Following Sam’s lead on everything. She still seems to enjoy a nose-about ❤️🐕

Haven’t posted in a bit because Sam isn’t well. She’s been declining for awhile and we’re facing some tough decisions so I am just hanging out with my best friend, giving her lots of love and hoping I make the right ones 💔

Dog walk report. Mostly clear and -10 at 5:30 this morning. Sam is not feeling great so she’s taking some time to decide if she’s up for a walk. Seems she has a short one in mind 🐕❤️

Dog walk report. -11 at about 5:30 this morning. The plow has been by. Heads up neighbours - lump of snow to be dealt with at the end of the driveway. A bit breezy. Sam is changing the route ❤️🐕

Dog walk report. New snow! -9 just before 5 this morning. The plow woke us, so we’re exploring. It’s pretty, sparkly snow. Not too wet. Quite beautiful really ❤️🐕
