I might be late to the party in realizing this, but the VP & cabinet have basically already soft 25th Amendmented the President.

We see him going to MAL parties constantly and think that is his choice. It is his advisors, pushing him away from the decision-making apparatus.

I think Trump should revise his statement. He should now indicate that he could shoot someone in broad daylight in the middle of fifth Avenue and 3/4 of Bluesky would still somehow find a way to blame it on the Democrats.

3 of the 9 justices on the Supreme Court disagree with this only in as much as they think he should also be allowed to impose the little fee.

Without regards to the merits of this particular decision (which I haven't read), I think that this trend of concurrences and dissents dwarfing the actual opinion is bad.

The Court should speak with as few voices as possible, IMO. 1 opinion & 1 dissent should be the default.
