Both can, I think, be true. So many nonfiction books (but not all!) are successful 5000 word think pieces filled out into a book ten times the size.

You can use one of nine InDesign-style footnote numbering systems (like *, †, ‡, §, ¶ symbols!) or define your own. You can also start numbers at arbitrary values and do a bunch of other neat things.

As a Claude Pro user my experience (with individual projects, so small code based) is that running out of tokens is a sign that I need to do something else. And there is always something else to do. I appreciate YMMV.
One message was that middle powers have to act together and that acting "in our own interest" in isolation is a path to nowhere. Not to mention that at this moment "what's in Canada's interest?" is the wrong question to ask.
In serious matters, I always assumed the title "Comptroller" was a horrible business-school neologism.
