That is work. It just doesn't feel like it, because it's fun.

We had customers suggest something similar to us for NEXUS. It should show all expansions and presets so that they can search, etc. I wish I was joking...
Loved it. 10/10
Thanks for your support. Have fun.
Summer is coming to an end; and so is our summer sale. Sunday is the last day, then, on Monday morning, we will turn it off.
NEXUS 5.3 is finally out. Our summer sale is also still ongoing, so now is the best time to get yours.
NEXUS 5.3 is out now. More flexible FX, Reverbs have a gate now, bigger fonts, tweaked layouts, and colors. Lots of small QOL improvements. Oh, and 23 new retro-skins.
We're already working on the next update, with new FX and more tweaks.
5.3 has a release candidate now. Means itβs coming out any day now.
Not only more flexible FX, but lots of small quality of life improvements, including bigger fonts.
Invisible captcha is not as safe. There is a reason both exists.
Kicked off our first ever Summer Sale today. Everything is discounted 50%.
Yes, and weβre always puzzled by that question. Why would we take away sounds and how could we maintain backward compatibility if we took them away?
All of that is wrong. Nexus5 has a retro mode, so itβs as simple as N2 and having more sounds is bad? Performance is way way better than it ever was. We find new optimizations all the time.
Sorry, but we donβt sell discontinued software.
What specifically about the old versions are you missing in Nexus5?
Good old victim shaming. Itβs Bidens fault that Trump won. Sure, buddy. Get bent.
With a NAS and some work, you can literally build your own streaming server nowadays. Use Plex. All our physical media has been backed up. Quite a few werenβt readable anymore and had to be re-purchased. Same convenience as paid streaming service, better quality and free. Completely legal.
Currently creating new videos for all expansions that don't have one. Soundcloud sucks.
Can you please follow me and allow me to PM you? I would like to hire you for some custom shader work.
Work started on 5.3, making the FX rack more flexible. No more "insert" FX; instead, you can use any FX you like up to 10 times per rack. So if you're crazy enough to put 10 reverbs in a row, fill your boots. Also allows us to break the FX selector into categories, which makes them easier to find.
We're hard at work for 5.2, which improves the sample-import workflow, adds wavetable and impulse-response import, and several other changes, fixes, and quality-of-life improvements.
Our holiday sales are coming to an end soon, so if you need something from reFX, now is the time.
Force Unleashed was great. The other two not as much. The Mandalorian is a fun show.
Controversial opinion: I love Star Wars Outlaws unironically. I can't find anything wrong with it; I love it to bits. I've beat it thrice and will again once the 5090 becomes available. 9.5/10
Weβve just released an update for Nexus 5, including 35 retro skins! All classics, plus a few new ones.
Merry Christmas everyone π

Creating new skins is so much fun. Here my latest creation: Rainbow. How do you guys like stuff like this?
Happy accidents Royal skin with wrong LCD colors, but now I want to keep itβ¦
Yes, we use a re-seller (or merchant of record) called Cleverbridge, so they handle all the different VAT rates for all the different countries, etc. so we don't have to spend any time on it, hire an accountant and lawyer to figure it all out, etc.
Fair enough. How do you compensate for the fixed cost associated with each payment? Donβt you need to charge a bit more than purchase price to make up for that?
Yeah, it's a real conundrum. Rent-to-own could be seen as a way to empower people, but we think for the majority, it will just stay a hobby with no way to monetize it, and although they may derive joy from using the rented product, ultimately, they lose.
Or you could argue that you took their money, and since they can't afford (or want to) continue paying, they now have nothing. Another problem is also that you have to charge a bit more, otherwise the seller would earn less from rent-to-own then from one-payment buyers.
Weβre a bit worried that we entice people who canβt really afford to spend money. The most vulnerable people, who make unsound financial decisions.
